He was graduated from Dubai Police Academy in 2001 with a bachelor's in law. He graduated from Aberdeen University, in Scotland, with a Master in Commercial law in 2004. In 2009 he completed his PhD, with a thesis on "The Enforcement of Copyright Law in the United Arab Emirates". He is a member of Dubai Police Academy Faculty, Manager of Institutional Development Office for Excellence and Pioneering at Dubai Police General HQ, and General Secretary of Emirates Intellectual Property Association (EIPA). He published several Articles on the fight against IP crime and being invited to different IP Conferences. He is an Intellectual Property (IP) expertise and Assessor by WIPO / INTERPOL possesses a highly analytical and creative mind. Has assisted different government agencies and SME on IP Strategy, Management, Protection, and Policies in the UAE and Internationally. Established and executed IP Leadership Program and Experts in the UAE.
